Limelight in Ireland… a winning combination

Limelight came out tops at the recent Irish Furniture and Home Accessories Fair in Dublin. Winning a Certificate of Merit at the show’s awards, Limelight scored very highly in the Bed of the Year category, whose criteria included: creativity and innovation, aesthetic value, function and ergonomics and marketability.

The award was judged by Furniture Essentials editor, Jenny Darwent, and Cleary’s Group buyer, Patrick Mangan, as well as judges from the Irish Furniture Designers Network and the Irish Interior Association.

The star of the show was Limelight’s Orion bed, the epitome of classic style with its luxurious design and delicate detail. Limelight’s Managing Director, Aiyub Sidat, comments: “We decided to concentrate on traditional beds for the Irish market as our research has shown that this is still a very popular choice amongst consumers. Winning this award only goes to show that beds like the Orion are as popular as ever!”
